Mr. Jones is the owner of Mardi Gras Tyme and is a Certified Event Planner who has worked in the hospitality industry for the past seven years. He has managed sandwich shops and retail restaurants with sales from $1 million to $2.5 million dollars a year. Over the past decade, Mr. Jones took part in opening three restaurants in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
